Bug Description
My dvd burner is not being recognized/mounted on Feisty.
The laptop is a new Asus S96S and the drive is a tsstcorp ts-l632d.
I have tried upgrading the firmware to no avail.
The drive is recognized correctly in Dapper, but not in Gutsy. I have not tried Edgy.
Other distros;
Fedora 7 can't recognize it, but PCLinuxOS can.
I will try to attach some relevant info - please let me know if you need more.
thanks

I have just confirmed that this bug does not exist in Edgy.
But upgrading the distro to Feisty "removed" my drive.
This has got to be a Feisty problem.
