nexus7 grouper dpkg error on linux image and header upgrade

Bug Description
Getting the following error both on "apt-get upgrade" and "apt-get -f dist-upgrade". If I restart the device (Nexus7) the wifi wont work. Installed latest flash images and retried with same problem. I original did a "apt-get install linux-nexus7" to find this problem as much of my Nexus 7 functionality was not working as in Ubuntu-Touch wasn't playing movies and sound wasn't working.
All device partitions are flashed with latest images. I don't put in "saucy-

I guess these are locked files maybe being used by the system and will only update if there is a new release versions?
