Bug Description

Imported from Debian bug http://bugs.debian.org/717199:

Source: quickfix
Version: 1.13.3+dfsg-5
Severity: serious
Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

Builds of quickfix (as on the autobuilders) covering only its
architecture-dependent packages have been failing:

  dh_fixperms -a
  # dh_fixperms doesn't quite handle everything
  find /«BUILDDIR»/quickfix-1.13.3+dfsg/debian/libquickfix-doc/usr/share/doc/libquickfix-doc/examples -type f |xargs chmod 644
  chmod: missing operand after `644'
Try `chmod --help' for more information.
  make: *** [binary-arch] Error 123

Please either conditionalize this command appropriately or use xargs's
--no-run-if-empty flag.

Thanks!

This particular FTBFS was fixed in quickfix 1.13.3+dfsg-6. It still, however, fails to build on armhf and powerpc.

Changed in quickfix (Ubuntu):
status: Triaged → Fix Released
