Bug Description
I have patch which changes the following things:
- Allow an ISO publisher to be specified
- Defaults to xorrisofs if available and fall back to genisoimage (Canonical themselves seem to use xorrisofs)
- Make ISO EFI bootable for 64bit ISOs
- Use implantisomd5 if available to offer yet another mechanism to verify ISO integrity
