Please sync scim-canna 1.0.0-2 from debian unstable

no relevant ubuntu changes need to be added. It should be ok to sync it directly from debian unstable as far as òast change was just a rebuild.
1.3 scim dependencies scim (>= 1.3.0), scim-dev (>= 1.3.0) cannot be used for more cause a FTBFS.

Ubuntu last entry:

scim-canna (1.0.0-2ubuntu1) feisty; urgency=low

  * Rebuild for ldbl128 change (powerpc, sparc).
  * Set Ubuntu maintainer address.
