Bug Description

With the timezone set correctly to "Europe/London" (BST = GMT/UTC+1) the clock on the welcome screen and in the indicator shows the correct time.

The clock shows the time in UTC however.

The UTC time is shown by default temporarily since the clock app does not automatic location detection. Once it has automatic location detection, then the correct city and timezone can be shown.
