List reorders when doing "control + left mouse"

 In "Optimizer" or "Exposure" tabs (they available when "Custom parameters" are chosen in "Photos" tab) in list I want "activate" (to "make values in Bold") some parameters. So I "Ctrl + Left mouse" on them. During this process very often list self rearranges (one randomly row moves to randomly position) on mouse click.

 For example see my attached "screen.png" where mouse pointer shows where I do Ctrl+LeftMouse click. After that list rearranges (notice file name of images: numbering become non continuous).

 My System is Kubuntu 13.04 64 bit.

Seems that currently highlighted row swaps with row where mouse was clicked.

That's not a bug, it's feature.
These lists support drag and drop to reorder the images or to changes lenses/stacks. This is an often requested feature.
So click only and don't drag with pressed mouse button.

 But I don't "Drag and drop", I just click on value of row. During mouse click mouse's pointer even not leaves boundary of row, and then row jumps (see screenshot) up at 5 positions.

 Maybe buggy "Drag and drop" mechanism?
