Bug Description
The user can usually select "Stop Tracking" from the hamster-indicator menu in order to stop tracking of the current action.
However, if midnight passed since the current action started (i.e., the start time of the current action is before 12am, and now it is after 12am), selecting "Stop Tracking" does nothing. To actually stop the action, you have to take the path "Show Overview"->click pencil to the right of current action->uncheck "in progress".
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start tracking an action with hamster-indicator
2. Wait until midnight has passed
3. Choose "Stop Tracking" from the indicator menu
4. Observe that nothing happens.

status: | Fix Committed → Fix Released |
Tried to reproduce the issue in 13.04 using hamster-applet and hamster-indicator.
In both cases the activity was stopped properly.
I will set this bug on "Fix Comitted" as it is fixed in 13.04 but not in 12.10.
Feel free to change the status if you are able to reproduce it in 13.04.
