This seems incorrect, because while Ubuntu.com Bugzilla has Bugs, it will never have Code or Blueprints or Translations or Answers. This means the structural navigation has gone too deep.
The closest ancestor that *does* have Code and Blueprints and Translations and Answers as well as Bugs is the Launchpad front page. Therefore the bug tracker pages should not be using the normal page template; they should be using the same template as the Bugs front page.
