Bug Description

Mir now fails to build on raring, due to:

You have called ADD_LIBRARY for library 3rd_party without any source files. This typically indicates a problem with your CMakeLists.txt file
CMake Error at cmake/FindGtest.cmake:13 (message):
  google-mock package not found
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  CMakeLists.txt:165 (find_package)

Though I do have it installed:
ii google-mock 1.6.0-0ubuntu3 amd64 Google's framework for writing and using C++ mock classes

It works on saucy. Apparently because the "google-mock" package is very different:
raring: google-mock contains libraries and headers
  saucy: google-mock contains source code

I wonder if it's a particularly robust assumption that all distros will install google-mock as source?

Workaround for raring:
Download the saucy package from https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/google-mock
