Mark as away when window closes

Cable should stay connected to IRC when I close the window, but it should issue an /away command to let people know I'm not immediately available.

This should probably be configurable in the preferences. Currently, we stay connected to the server but part all channels when the window is closed, and rejoin them on restart.

What about notifications?

Since you're still connected to the channels, I'd imagine you'd still get notifications. Even better, the dock item would count up notifications so you'd know what you missed while the window was closed.
