Set the empathy status to the current song with a link to it

Add an option to set the empathy status to the currently playing song and optionally create link if service offers URL to current song.

 * Nuvola.dataChanged(): new entry for URL of the current song

Changes in Nuvola Core:
* Nuvola.Player.song_url - new property
* Nuvola.Player.song_changed() - new entry for song_url
* Nuvola.Empathy - new class for Empathy integration

Since development of Nuvola Player has been discontinued [1], I'm closing the bug tracker. It will be reopened when a new maintainer is found. I'm sorry I wasn't able to address this issue.
