Bug Description
Without Using MainView and Page no error and works perfectly

Error(without webcam display) :
Failed to start video surface due to main thread blocked.
Failed to start video surface
CameraBin error: "Internal data flow error."

The example, modified to use a MainView and a Page, works fine for me.
