Bug Description

Version:
Linux Mint Olivia 15
ubiquity 2.14.8-1linuxmint2

System: Lenovo IdeaPad Z500, with Windows 8.1 installed

Steps to reproduce:
Tried to install Linux mint from LiveDVD. Reproduced twice, with and without home dir encryption option.

Result:
The installer crashes installing grub2 (possibly problem with UEFI). An unhelpful dialog then pops up offering to report the bug, however continuing just closes the installer, leaving the system in an unknown state. The dialog is modal, preventing the viewing viewing of the scrollback.

There seems to be no detailed log output in /var/log/installer. Screenshot with last few lines attached.
