Bug Description

When saving a new file the 'Save File' window should automatically open the location highlighted in the File Browser plugin.

I'm not sure this report really makes sense with regards to the web preview plugin in the way that it's been described.. So I'm going to assume OP meant the file browser plugin. I've update the report to reflect that more clearly.
