Bug Description
The python-apt==0.8.5 dependency breaks in precise (in my precise LXC). Pip attempts to install it, and then dies claiming the package src claims version 0.0.0 while the requirements need 0.8.5.
Creating an lxc on raring and repeating the setup steps worked.
