Dynamic quicklist methods are not working with root applications

Hi! If you're running a root app, the events (as a progress bar, menu items, counts... in the icon) are not working.
Please, try the attachment for test purposes: Download the file and copy the files to their paths:

tar -zxvf 1.tar.gz ; cd 1 ; sudo cp 1 /usr/bin/ ; sudo cp 1.desktop /usr/share/applications/ ; sudo cp 1.py ~ ; sudo cp gufw.xcf /usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/ ; cd ~

Then, run the app writing 1 in the shell and Enter, click the button and a progress bar, count and urgent mode will appear. The window has a menu items too.

Modify the file /usr/bin/1 to this content:
#!/bin/sh
sudo ~/1.py

Then, run the app writing 1 in the shell, click the button and then, the window will not have progress bar, counts or menu items.
