Bug Description
Requesting the MIR because libecap2 and libecap2-dev is a build-depends for latest version of squid3
Checked the UbuntuMainInclu
- package is already in Ubuntu universe
- has no security issues
- simple to install and configure
- there are no outstanding bugs
- package is maintained in Debian
- does not depend on exotic hardware
- uses a watchfile
- no problems with tests
- all deps are satisfied in main
- meets standards
- package description is correct
