Bug Description
If an instance was created in the past with a now-deleted flavor, Size column can still show the deleted flavor name.
The old flavor name will be confusing. For example, if I want to launch a new instance like the running instance flavor size, then I will choose the flavor displayed there. but now maybe it's a new flavor with the same name but ram, vcpus, disks changed.

I'm not sure I agree with the problem statement... Even if the flavour doesn't exist anymore, the instance was created with that flavour, so the information is correct.
If the suggested fix is to simply remove the flavour name and only leave the CPU / RAM / etc info, I think this will be confusing in the opposite case, when the flavour has not be deleted and it would be useful for the user to understand and compare the instance types at a glance (e.g. m1.tiny) rather than having to compare every CPU / RAM / disk size components.
