Instances Size shouldn't show flavor name

Bug Description

If an instance was created in the past with a now-deleted flavor, Size column can still show the deleted flavor name.
The old flavor name will be confusing. For example, if I want to launch a new instance like the running instance flavor size, then I will choose the flavor displayed there. but now maybe it's a new flavor with the same name but ram, vcpus, disks changed.

I'm not sure I agree with the problem statement... Even if the flavour doesn't exist anymore, the instance was created with that flavour, so the information is correct.

If the suggested fix is to simply remove the flavour name and only leave the CPU / RAM / etc info, I think this will be confusing in the opposite case, when the flavour has not be deleted and it would be useful for the user to understand and compare the instance types at a glance (e.g. m1.tiny) rather than having to compare every CPU / RAM / disk size components.

Flavor name can't be used to compare the instance types. Some one may delete it and then create a new flavor with the same name but CPU / RAM / DISK totally changed.

Flavors are managed by the administrator, so I'm not sure if displaying the flavor name in the size column and using it to compare instance types is error prone.

IMO the usage of flavors is to standardize the way instance sizes are managed and to ease the administration, and changing this value in the instances panel would only create more confusion.

Perhaps we could do something to indicate that the flavor is no longer current next to it's name... some sort of icon or text to indicate the flavor has been deleted, while still displaying the name?

Currently, horizon in havana release has show both the flavor name the flavor details, so I think this maybe not a name anymore.

I don't think this is a valid bug. As it was explained above, the information displayed is correct. Moreover, the launch instance workflow currently display the selected flavor details so if the flavor was deleted and a new one was created with the same name but different "sizes", the users will notice about it when they select the flavor in the "launch instance" workflow

In the current implementation the name is showed and clicking on it gives an overview of the flavor, with ID included.

That makes it easy to see that indeed its a different flavor. This even works if the flavor was deleted.

I dont think this bug is valid anymore.
