Minbar can not launch at Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit via Terminal

Bug Description
Hi dev, when I already installed Minbar and restart my computer, I run the Minbar in Terminal console like this ::
ahmad@ahmad:~$ minbar

Then I do not what should I do, so reported this using Terminal console ::

Then I ended up to this textbox so I put some additional information which I write with hope to make you easily what have been done.
