Bug Description

From email by Volker Hören: in "Find Object or Position" I can search the lists for ISS (Zarya) without problems. But I am unable to move to the ISS from the below dialog. A "double mouse left click" does not work. From the Satellites Configuration dialog I can select ISS and can also move to it with a "double mouse left click".

That happening when Satellites plugin has been enabled but not activated. Same error will be happening for other plugins which needs activation: Pulsars, Quasars and Exoplanets.

Possible solution/suggestion from Volker's email: with respect to the "Satellite Search Dialog" I propose to automatically switch on the display of satellites once a satellite is selected and double clicked. It appears to me that to directly move to the selected satellite is the sole purpose of the dialog. Maybe a hint can be displayed in parallel, that with the satellite button on the bottom bar the display of satellite can be disabled if no longer needed.
