Bug Description

Binary package hint: kde-guidance

Open users and groups in KDE control center and try to change the password of one user. When you type in the new password and press enter, the dialog will disappear but the password is NOT changed. To set the a new user password one has to confirm the change by click on [OK]-Button in the dialog.

Thanks for the bug report.

I can confirm that the cancel button has been set as the default button which is causing this behaviour.

Thank you for your suggestion. However, the changes you are requesting aren't really a bug. Instead you are requesting that a default action be changed.

If you feel it requires more discussion, this should be done on an appropriate mailing list or forum. The KDE Usability Mailing List [WWW] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-usability is probably the best choice. Otherwise the authors of the application, as I think if this were to be changed it should be upstream.
