lava test shell finishes with error on highbank

Bug Description

Many if not all highbank jobs which utilize lava test shell are finishing with error.

It appears the swcontext/build.txt cannot be found.

This seems to be fixed with latest changes in lava-dispatcher code. See - http://staging.validation.linaro.org/scheduler/job/55208

Latest changes in lava-dispatcher code for highbank to ipmi, did fix it. Please have a look at this job - http://validation.linaro.org/scheduler/job/65113 which ran lava-test-shell without any issues.
