Dev guide has outdated links in CI w/ Jenkins section

The links associated to all but one of the tasks (nova-tarball works) are broken. Example links:
gate-nova-unittests --> https://jenkins.openstack.org/view/Nova/job/gate-nova-unittests which is 404

It's hard to be a good citizen and write/update unit tests when you add/change code on the project, if you can't find how/where/whatever to do it;-)

I added the "nova" project to this bug, because I think the file that needs to be modified is in the nova repository at doc/source/devref/jenkins.rst

Would it make sense to either delete this file in nova or just make it point to somewhere else? As when a change is made to jenkins this is the last place someone would think of updating.

I took a second look at the doc and at Jenkins. I think pointing at Jenkins dashboard where the tests are tracked would be good enough, as long as the names of the jobs are synced.

The most important piece of information on this page is the pointer to the unit test job, though. That needs to be named correctly and perhaps it can point to a page that documents how to do unit testing. It looks like there may be a full on testing project soon that would most likely own this sort of information.

    Remove out of date list of jenkins jobs

    The list of jobs in this doc file was out of date and most of the links
    didn't work anymore. Instead of trying to list out specifics which will
    just get out of date again, include a generic pointer to where you can
    find results (on code reviews).
