Bug Description
During a private test with:
- oq-engine from a custom branch of a personal repository
- oq-risklib from the same custom branch of the gem repository
- oq-hazardlib and oq-nrmllib from the master branch of the gem repository
a problem with custom debian repository directory and another with package dependency resolution in oq-risklib raised.
