Set some unique default port instead of 8080

It'll be better to set some unique default port for Savanna API instead of 8080.

This will be helpful for deployments that place the savanna-api on the same system as the OS controller, because multiple services claim port 8080.

Yep, do you have any ideas about what port we could use?

In my opinion it'll be cool to use some free port to make some association "savanna - XXXXX" like "http - 80/8080".

Yes, i'm thinking 8386, which is currently unassigned.

Also picking a low port (<1024) is not very important, or realistic, IMHO.
