LibreOffice Impress: Window is moving under the top Unity panel

Bug Description
In LibreOffice Impress if you are trying to insert an animated image the opening dialog box is moved under the top panel. This Issue is reproducable with 12.04 LibreOffice as well as LibreOffice 4.0.4 from the PPA
Steps to reproduce:
1. Remove libreoffice settings
rm -rf ~/.config/
2. open libreoffice impress
3. Select Insert->Animated Gif.
Result: Window behind the top Unity Panel
Expected: to open below the Unity Panel or to be added to the docked.
Workaround:
Repeat steps 1,2,3 and press ctrl+shift+f10 the window will be docked.
