Bug Description

kmymoney OFX plugin need to be made available from Ubuntu repositories and be installed with kmymoney by default by a metapackage.

OFX is the format used by the majority of financial institution and kmymoney without it renders the software far less interesting and useful for many users, if not the majority.

The OFX plugin is distributed as part of the main kmymoney source, and should be enabled by default. If it is not available, then it was explicitly disabled in the build, although I can't think of any reason this would have been done.
