make tabs keyboard accessible with _underscores

Bug Description
It would be awesome to have keyboard-accessible tabs using those little underscores where you can use the Alt key plus a letter to access whatever tab it is that you want. This would help make a body more accessible from blather too: _Dents, _Mentions, Di_rects, _Settings, _Context
