Bug Description
The timer when stopped in the middle sometimes results in the clock hands remaining in the position they were stopped at.
Note: This bug originated after the new visual design implementation but before the new reset button implementation.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Set timer to 00:26:22
2. Start timer.
3. When time is 00:26:19 (3 seconds later), reset the timer.
4. Do not pause the timer and then reset. Otherwise if you wouldn't be able to reproduce it.
What happens:
The clock hands remain at 00:26:19
What should happen:
The clock hands are reset back to their original position

Unable to find the cause and also reproducing it is difficult making it hard to fix. Nonetheless needs to be fixed.
