Bug Description
I forgot to add a host to my cluster and brought up nova-compute. I get the following crash on startup. A controlled exit with a proper warning message would have saved me some time
\\File "/opt/stack/
self.
File "/opt/stack/
host_mor = vm_util.
File "/opt/stack/
if not host_ret.
