apt-src is not able to verify package signatures

Bug Description
Running apt-src 0.25.1-0.1 on Ubuntu 13.04. Everything up-to-date as of 06/28.
Depending on the package involved, apt-src install complains that it cannot verify the package signature.
The other apt components are able to download the keys from the ubuntu keyserver, but apparently this has not (yet) been incorporated into apt-src.
Please put the key-retrieval capability into apt-src.
