Like Pantheon Terminal, we should get a slightly thicker windowbar.

Eventually, yes, but it will be a while before elementary adopts CSD. If your target is Luna, then don't worry about HeaderBars until L+1 is announced/underway.

Pantheon Terminal has a Notebook widget at the top of the window, and it make the window titlebar thicker by making the top margin of the Notebook widget 3px, so this bug isn't possible to be fixed if there is no widget right below the titlebar.
