Bug Description

Evolution crashes frequently, apparently with a memory allocation error:

***MEMORY-ERROR***: evolution[5320]: GSlice: assertion failed: sinfo->n_allocated > 0
Aborted

This does not happen predictably, nor on the same operation every time.

Possibly relevant: the account was previously used with the latest version from Debian unstable release (3.4.4-3)

Linux Mint 15
Edition MATE 64bit
evolution version: 3.6.4-0ubuntu1

Exactly the same issue here (very frustrating). My account is created from scratch with this version of Evolution (not carried over from a previous version), and includes two Gmail accounts and one on a Zimbra server, all on IMAPX.

Evolution 3.6.4 crashing at least once every hour. Also refusing to send some emails for no reason. Also losing the calendar data till I restart (and sometimes on start). This is a fresh installation and fresh profile with the accounts set up manually. It's really hopelessly unstable to the point of making it impossible to get my work done.

The data is synced via memotoo.com with syncevolution using sync-ui. This also crashed a lot in the beginning but seems to have settled down somewhat now.

Linux Mint 15 Cinnamon

I opened it from thecli to see what errors it threw up (I don't know enough to benefit from this exercise myself but thought it might be useful to someone else):
