Spec: http://refspecs.linux-foundation.org/LSB_4.1.0/LSB-Languages/LSB-Languages/python.html

The spec implicitly require Python 2. And Python 2 is still very popular.

Please get it right as in Debian: http://packages.debian.org/sid/lsb-languages
