Translations are not working in the Authentication dialog

Hi!
In Ubuntu 13.04, if you are running Ubuntu in Italian (by example), the Authentication dialog window has the main string in English.
Please, see the Attachment image, "System policy prevented setting default language" has to be translated. You can reply in all languages and all policykit programs (Language Support, Gparted...).

Steps:
1. Run Ubuntu in a non English language.
2. Run Language Support. Choose a Language and click on Apply System-Wide. WRONG: Main string is in English.
2. Run Gparted. WRONG: Main string is in English.

Can you please be more specific and ponit where that string come from?
The only translatable packages regarding policykit in Ubuntu 13.04 are these:

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/raring/+source/policykit-1
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/raring/+source/policykit-1-gnome

and they do not include that string. The language-selector package is also fully translated (at least in Italian), and it does not contain that string either.

OK, it seems that the string is not translatable, or the gettext domain is wrong. Sorry for the noise!

Such strings need to be marked as translatable in the given packages. So this is not a policykit problem.

Interesting, it seems to work for me (in Hungarian) on Raring.
The string on the picture is translated to Italian:

Could you check the output of this command:
gettext -d language-selector "System policy prevented setting default language"
Also the output of the locale command could help.
