Configuration Point 4 reads "... which uses the 10.1.42.0/42 subnetwork"

Should be the "/24 subnetwork"

Thanks for the bug report.

This has already been fixed in the 12.10 and 13.04 serverguides. It is unlikely to get backported to 12.04 because there are limited resources helping with the serverguide.
