Bug Description
Since version 0.6.0, the Featured Post plugin is not working anymore. This is because the code to retrieve featured posts in BlogController#home was disabled, but the interface to the plugin was still kept in the Admin Center. This means that you'll be able to mark entries as "featured", but you won't be able to retrieve a list of featured entries or whether a plugin was featured or not.

The Featured Posts plugin has been removed in the trunk and the 0.6 branch.
