Xorg crashed with SIGABRT in raise()

i have a xrandr script to get a higher resolution than my screen actualy is.
But with raring i had no problem with it.

If the screen goes blank, i can't get the screen back. i have to restart lightdm in an other vt. This helps if if the pc didn't go
in suspend.
Otherwise after suspend when i restart lightdm i got an x as cursor and there is a boundery left and under that
the mouse can't get to an i just see a black screen with a cursor that is not blinking. I can move the mouse thow.
vt swithing doesn't work anymore and i have to reboot. Than i get the window to report this bug.
