Brasero hangs when burning video dvd

Bug Description

When burning a dvd using ntsc, 16:9 settings, brasero is stuck at "converting video file to mpeg2" and 6 or 7 megs.

Brasero Hangs at the converting video stage @ 8MB / 2%

Source file:
 MPEG2 Video @ 12730 kbps. 720 x 480 resolution.
 MPEG1 Audio Layer 2 @ 48000khz 256kbps,
 .mpeg file extension.

Burn settings:
 DVD/NTSC Native, 16:9 5MBs MPEG2 / AC3 48000khz 256 kbps
