Drop metacity/mutter theme in Albatross

Bug Description

The metacity/mutter theme in Albatross is ugly and of very bad quality. We shouldn't ship such bad quality artwork. We don't have time to fix the metacity/mutter theme and i'm poor at metacity/mutter theming. Also, I don't know anyone who uses Albatross in Gnome, so safe to drop that, and it will also free 106 KiB of space (Yay!).

Whilst I'm not in charge of the XUbuntu artwork team I agree that those glossy buttons don't fit all with the flat and plain colour used for the window decoration.

Here is the comparison between the xfwm4 and metacity themes if you find it too hard to notice the glitches.
