Bug Description
I encountered this problem when i was dealing with ladon services which had a complex type in which a parameter was optional (nullable).
the excerpt of the soap response looks like this:
<mask xsi:nil="true"/>
however the current soap response is missing the xmlns:xsi header.
i include a patch with solves this problem.
