Bug Description

This is seen by running tests in lp:~alberto.ruiz/indicator-network/extend-test-coverage:

$ PATH=`pwd`/network:$PATH test/network.py
** (process:7429): WARNING **: _nm_remote_settings_ensure_inited: (NMRemoteSettings) error initializing: Method "GetAll" with signature "s" on interface "org.freedesktop.DBus.Properties" doesn't exist

** (com.canonical.settings.network:7429): WARNING **: fetch_connections_done: error fetching connections: (19) Method "ListConnections" with signature "" on interface "org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.Settings" doesn't exist
