Bug Description
Sometimes the W3C HTML validator fails because some characters in imported strings are invalid, see for example:
Forbidden code point U+0092.
Forbidden code point U+0096.
Wasgehtengine should ensure that all strings have a valid encoding and do not contain invalid characters.
