Bug Description

Sometimes the W3C HTML validator fails because some characters in imported strings are invalid, see for example:

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.bonner-nacht.de%2Fevents%2Ffunpark-meets-early-summer-nights-2013-06-29&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0

Forbidden code point U+0092.
Forbidden code point U+0096.

Wasgehtengine should ensure that all strings have a valid encoding and do not contain invalid characters.
