USB 3.0 does not work on Arndale

Hi, I am trying to use USB 3.0 on the Arndale, but it does not work. The USB 3.0 does not see any device I plug into it (devices which do work when plugged in USB 2.0). This happens on both git://git.linaro.org/kernel/linux-linaro-tracking.git and https://launchpad.net/linaro-linux-baseline/trunk/13.05/+download/linux-linaro-3.10-rc2-2013.05.tar.bz2 . Both kernels were configured with arndale_ubuntu_defconfig, NFS client support (v2,v3,v3 acl, v4) and ROOT_NFS enabled. Please see the attached config. If you would also like the kernel boot log, please let me know.

DWC3 Dual Role mode is not working right now. Setting it as "Host only mode" enables USB 3.0 host support.
