No "Filter results" in Video lens

In updated saucy, there's no way to filter the results in the Video lens, making it impossible to choose online sources, for instance.

As an aside:

* I disabled all Dash Plugins that queried external video sources.
* For over a week, two cached results would appear in Online results. Clicking on these results led to a blank Dash dialogue.
* I was only able to remove these by doing: Security & Privacy -> Files & Applications -> Clear Usage Data

Expected: No cached results when plugins are disabled
Actual: Cached results, that led to nothing when clicked.
