ACQ: Claim Vouchers Do Not Appear and Cause Problems with Profiles

In Acquisitions when claiming an item manually through a purchase order or using the Claim-Ready interface no claim vouchers are generated for printing. When you view your claims on a line item and click "Show Voucher" nothing happens either. Claims vouchers do appear consistently when using the Claim-Ready interface in 2.2 and appear inconsistently when manually claiming through a PO in 2.2.

However, in 2.4 when you exit Evergreen and then attempt to log back into the profile you were using when claiming you get the message "Evergreen cannot use the profile "PROFILE NAME HERE" because it is in use. To continue, close the running instance of Evergreen or choose a different profile." Using a different profile does work (I use the Profile Manager for my profiles) but you cannot log back into the profile you were using when claiming until you have restarted your computer or otherwise killed the running instance.

However in 2.7.2 it is our experience that claim vouchers appear inconsistently when using the Claim-Ready interface and when manually claiming through a PO.

Profile issue does happen when user logs off and exits and attempts to login again before the running instance has completely closed.
