Bug Description
The v3 collections wrapper automatically adds the collections links (self, next, prev) to facilitate pagination. However, the self url link only contains the base url, without any specified filters. These filters would be needed to correctly index into a saved list, or to re-create the list on each page request (as is the current implementation
