Auto Crop with selection does not work correctly

Bug Description
Pinta master on Windows XP:
1. Open new image.
2. Paintbrush and draw something on canvas.
3. Image | Auto Crop. Works fine.
4. Undo from toolbar.
5. Rectangle Select and mark some small portion of drawings.
6. Image | Auto Crop and problem appears. The size of image is auto-cropped but actual image is smaller, so some part of result is in transparent background. Does this work as designed? In my humble opinion Auto Crop should ignore selection.
P.S. Probably not the most important bug, so can be marked as Low priority and post 1.5 milestone.

Agreed, I think Auto Crop should ignore any selections.
