Bug Description
IMHO, the bottom toolbar is not very appealing or consistent with elementary OS. E.g. symbolic icons are usually used as 16px versions.
I think following the basic layout of Harvey's mockup in the blueprint would be better.

If so, while I agree that his design will need more thought, I think we should wait until his changes are merged to talk about this. I think the backend migration has more priority right now.
